On the 10th, WEMADE subsidiary WEMADE IP released the second part of the 'Ice Dragon Chronicles' update for its PC online game, Legend of Mir 2, titled 'Sea of Curses and the Submerged Baekryongdam Village.

This update introduces new regional content centered on exploring the remains of a village submerged beneath the sea. Players can enter the Submerged Baekryongdam Village via an entrance located at the 5 o'clock position of the Baekryongdam Village map. The underwater debuff 'Curse of the White Dragon Sea' is permanently active in this area; to neutralize it, players must strategically utilize specific buffs and items, such as 'Breath of the Soul,' 'Blessing of the White Dragon,' and 'Breath of the White Dragon.

Powerful boss monsters, including the Haechokryongsin and the Giant Octopus, appear in new fields such as the Submerged Baekryongdam Village and the Baekryongdam Village Coastal Waters, the latter of which is accessible using Magic Crystals. All monsters in these regions take additional damage from the 'Hyeoncheon Wol-a' weapon, allowing for maximized hunting efficiency. In particular, the Baekryongdam Village Coastal Waters features a new wave-based combat mode where players must continuously defeat the 'Spirit of the Ice Dragon'—which appears at set intervals—along with its associated monster swarms to earn rewards.

Growth content utilizing materials gathered in the new regions has also been unveiled. A 'White Dragon Sea Pearl Crafting Codex' has been added, allowing players to craft pearls from materials obtained by defeating monsters and register them in the codex to gain permanent stat bonuses. Additionally, a crafting system for 'White Dragon Guardian Stones'—equipment designed to aid in clearing the new regions—has been introduced, with transcendence features and exclusive options planned for future updates.

The growth ceiling for Kunlun accessories has been raised with the addition of the 'Relic' grade, which sits above the existing 'Divine' grade. Relic accessories apply the 'Chill of the Ice Dragon' debuff, which deals continuous damage to enemies.

To celebrate the update, WEMADE is hosting several events offering various rewards. The 'Echoes of the Deep Sea' event allows players to collect 'Scattered Memory Fragments' from event dungeons of various grades to exchange for rewards and enter a raffle. Additionally, the 'Gift of Memories' event rewards players with 'Submerged Memories' for maintaining a connection to the game for at least 30 minutes, which can then be exchanged for items.
