On the 2nd, DN Superus finally broke its grueling losing streak during the 3rd round of the '2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK)' at LoL PARK in Jonggak. It had been a staggering 18-game losing streak. Having tasted victory so long ago that the memory had all but faded, the team finally savored that sweetness again in just the second match of the 3rd round.

HanJin Brion drew first blood by catching the DNS bottom duo for two kills. However, DNS turned the tide in a mid-lane skirmish when 'Clozer's' Cassiopeia landed a three-man ultimate, winning the fight and taking down Xin Zhao and Anivia. DNS then secured an additional three kills near the Dragon pit without losing anyone, seizing early control of the game.

Prioritizing gold over Dragons, DNS invested in tower destruction and built a 4k-gold lead by the 17-minute mark. Their macro play was crisp, highlighted by a clean dive in the bottom lane to take down Rumble. After conceding two Dragon stacks, they secured the next one themselves, followed by a smooth Baron take and a decisive victory in a mid teamfight.

However, DNS faltered during their Baron Buff window. 'DuDu's' Yorick was caught out, stalling their momentum, and another quick pick on Yorick in the top lane allowed HanJin Brion to hit the brakes. Visibly frustrated, DNS waited for the next Baron, successfully hunted it, and regained their footing. They then easily won a mid teamfight to destroy Brion's Nexus at 32 minutes.

In the second set, 'Gideon's' Naafiri forced out the Flash of 'Clozer's' Akali with a mid-lane gank. Nevertheless, 'Clozer's' Akali began to rack up kills in subsequent skirmishes, and DNS managed to stack three Dragons. Brion also suffered a critical setback as 'Roamer's' Annie fell three times.

DNS caught 'Teddy's' Jhin and moved to Baron. In a prolonged engagement, Brion managed to wipe out the opposition and secure the Baron, turning the tide. In the immediate follow-up fight, they took down Ambessa and Clozer, proceeding to destroy the mid inhibitor. Brion took control, and by the 34-minute mark, the Dragon count was tied at 3-3.

As the game entered the late stage, the outcome of teamfights became paramount. A shaky DNS failed to stabilize, and Brion continued to press their advantage, winning the second set and forcing a final third game.

In the third set, HanJin Brion attempted a mid-lane gank with Pantheon to take down 'Clozer's' Mel. DNS countered by catching 'Teddy's' Jhin in the bottom lane. A 2v2 top-jungle skirmish broke out in the top lane, where DNS added two kills after Mel rotated quickly to join. However, Brion responded with consecutive plays in the bottom and mid lanes.

Having secured two Dragon stacks, DNS prepared for the next one. With all players posturing around the Dragon, Jahen initiated the teamfight. DNS secured the Dragon, won the fight, and claimed Baron as their prize. Despite being in a highly disadvantageous position, Brion weathered the opponent's Baron Buff window and won the subsequent Dragon teamfight.

After a brief lull, the next Dragon spawned. DNS used traps and Bard's ultimate to restrict Brion's movement, successfully securing the Dragon Soul. While Brion was resetting, DNS quickly took down Baron. DNS then pushed into the bottom lane to focus fire on the Nexus, but Brion managed a desperate defense to hold them off.

DNS calmly secured the Elder Dragon, pushed forward, destroyed Brion's Nexus, and finally claimed their second league victory after a 18-game losing streak.
