T1 was not about to go down without a fight. Behind stellar performances on Mel and Pyke, T1 took Game 4 to force a decisive Game 5.

BLG’s bot lane, featuring Caitlyn and Elise, pressured T1’s Mel and Pyke early, securing a quick first blood on Phase’s Mel at level 1.
In the top lane, Bin's Gwen was putting heavy pressure on Doran's K'Sante, reaching level 6 first and securing a solo kill. T1 found their opening in the bottom lane; Oner's Jarvan joined the fray to help clean up On's Elise and Viper's Caitlyn, allowing Phase's Mel to pick up a double kill.
The game maintained a blistering pace as skirmishes broke out across the map. BLG dove the top lane to take down K'Sante, while T1 looked to the bot lane. However, Knight’s Aurora rotated in to neutralize the threat, leaving T1 with only a minor advantage in mid-lane farm.
While Aurora showed high activity across the top and bot lanes, Faker’s Ahri maintained a clear lead in mid-lane growth by focusing on CS and turret plates. T1’s persistent focus on the bot lane kept Viper’s Caitlyn behind, a crucial strategy given BLG’s AP-heavy composition.
Although BLG destroyed the top tower first, T₩1 a mid-lane skirmish where Phase's Mel added more kills to grow stronger. Because T1 was able to dictate the pace of the game until Caitlyn's power spike, they were able to stack Dragons and even take down Gwen in the top lane, the only area where they had been trailing.
Riding the momentum, T1 continued to shut down Bin's Gwen and picked up Elise, Skarner, and Caitlyn in the mid lane, building a 5k gold lead by the 18-minute mark. BLG seemed to lose their composure; an overextended play in the bottom lane resulted in all three of their top-side players being eliminated, allowing T1 to seize control and secure Baron.
At the heart of T1’s dominance was Keria’s Pyke. BLG struggled to move freely with Pyke roaming the map, and he proved to be a constant thorn in their side. BLG attempted to turn things around by catching Mel and contesting Baron, but it was in vain; T1 instead secured the Baron themselves to tighten their grip on the game.
After securing the Dragon Soul, T₩1 the Elder Dragon fight and closed out the game, tying the series 2-2 and forcing a final Game 5.
