AGF 2026 will be held for three days from December 4 to 6 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan. Since its debut in 2018, AGF has marked its 7th anniversary this year, cementing its position as the largest subculture festival in Korea with rapid annual growth. This year, it is once again prepared to welcome subculture fans with an even richer array of content.
AGF 2026 is co-hosted by ANIPLUS, DAEWON MEDIA, Sony Music Solutions, and D&C Media, and will occupy the entire space from Hall 1 to Hall 5 of KINTEX Exhibition Center 1. Visitors can reach the venue in about 20 minutes using the GTX-A line between Seoul Station and KINTEX, which is expected to significantly improve accessibility for fans from across the country.
The festival mascot, 'Shaya,' returns with a new key visual concept as a 'Festival Navigator.' Shaya will serve as a guide, leading visitors through the festival journey and sparking curiosity. The vibrant colors and sophisticated design of the visuals hint at the diverse programs unique to AGF 2026, including interactive exhibits, stage events, merchandise sales, and collaboration cafes.
'AGF2025' was held for three days from December 5 to 7 last year at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1, recording an official attendance of 100518. This marked the first time the event surpassed 100k visitors, a growth of approximately 40% compared to the previous year. At the time, the event achieved consecutive success by attracting its largest-ever program and sponsor lineup, driven by the participation of major game companies and content based on global IPs. In particular, the event maximized visitor satisfaction by refining the 'Fast Ticket' and 'RED Stage' entry systems, which were reorganized starting in 2024.
AGF 2026 will take place from December 4 to 6 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan, welcoming visitors with special, diverse content available only on-site. Early registration for exhibitors will begin on July 15 via the official website.
