Netmarble has released a collaboration update for Solo Leveling: ARISE, introducing two playable hunters based on members of the K-pop girl group (G)I-DLE and a suite of new in-game content. The update, effective July 3, adds SSR light-element fighter MIYEON and water-element assassin SHUHUA to the roster, each equipped with signature skills and exclusive weapons.
MIYEON arrives wielding “The Battlefield’s Guiding Star,” a sword that channels light energy into her ultimate move, “Star Recital,” which culminates in a high-impact finishing slash. SHUHUA joins as a stealthy close-range combatant who manipulates water orbs; her ultimate, “Harmony Catharsis,” summons lupine power to deliver a rapid slashing assault.
To mark the collaboration, Solo Leveling: ARISE players can earn both hunters through a limited-time Collaboration Pass. Progressing through the event story and completing daily missions rewards additional character copies, ensuring greater chances to add MIYEON and SHUHUA to a player’s lineup. Supplementary events include the “(G)I-DLE Hunter Rate Up Celebration! Lucky Wheel,” which enables crafting of the characters’ exclusive weapons, and the “Star on the Battlefield! Check-In Gift,” offering daily login bonuses.
Beyond character additions, the update debuts Story Expert Mode, designed for players whose total power rating exceeds 1.2 million; clearing all chapters in this challenge grants up to 35,000 Essence Stones. Two new Encore Mission bosses, Incaro and Helder, await challengers in a shared dungeon, while balance changes target select existing hunters and free artifact removal has been implemented. The distorted sanctuary in the Workshop of Brilliant Light now features the Proof of the Strong.
Solo Leveling: ARISE adapts the popular webtoon into an action RPG in which users guide Jinwoo through dynamic battles, skill combinations and the iconic “Army of Shadows” summons.
