Unlike the first Siege War, the second event on the 28th saw an additional outer gate added to every castle. The Orc fortress gained one to the northeast, while Kent and Windwood castles each received one to the southeast, increasing the number of paths available to breach the interior.

This change was intended to address the issue where defenders could become too entrenched to dislodge, but it backfired; it proved much harder for smaller forces to defend, leading to 3:0 outcomes on most servers.

While most servers saw 3:0 results, including Jou, the Jou server proved why it is called the 'most exciting server' by keeping the outcome in doubt until the very last second.

After the gates were added, the numerically superior Big Alliance leveraged their advantage to quickly reclaim the castles held by the Desle Alliance. Despite defenders standing guard at each gate, they were overwhelmed. The guardian towers fell in an instant, and the castle lords changed.

The Desle Alliance did not give up. They remained undeterred after losing their castles and continued to challenge, keeping the battle going for the full hour. However, with the fighting centered on Windwood Castle, the Big Alliance held firm, and there seemed to be no turning back.

The flow of the battle took an interesting turn just before the end, when both alliances shifted their focus to the Orc fortress. Since the Orc fortress had not been a key battlefield in the Jou server today, neither side had properly set up defenses. As a result, clans flooded inside, swarming the guardian tower for a chaotic struggle for the crown.

With only 2–3 minutes left, the castle lord changed multiple times in a bloody, last-ditch fight, but it was the Big Alliance that ultimately planted the final flag.

On the Deporoju server, there was talk that the Ttol-Man-Ke Alliance might lose at least one castle following the addition of the new gates, but the result was an unsurprising 3:0.

Most of the fighting on the Deporoju server was concentrated on Wind Castle, with brief shifts to the Orc fortress. As the top server, the scale of the combat was the largest, but it remained lopsided. The Kangho Alliance repeatedly gathered forces to charge, but they could not break through the barricade line held by the Ttol-Man-Ke Alliance at the outer gates.

Furthermore, because the main Master character of the Kangho Alliance was nicknamed 'Master,' they were repeatedly targeted and killed by the enemy, forcing them to eventually call off the offensive.

The Kangho Alliance later abandoned the Wind Castle fight and alternated between attacking the original and the newly added northeastern outer gates of the Orc fortress. However, the K Clan established a defensive line inside while Ttol-Ggi and Battle Myeongga struck from behind, resulting in all three castles being successfully defended.

Isilote also saw a 3-castle unification, similar to other servers. The Age Alliance, which had only managed a 2:1 split in the previous siege after losing Windwood Castle, successfully reclaimed it.

While the Isilote server saw fewer engagements than the previous two, a unique strategy stood out. Even after successfully entering the castle, the Age Alliance chose not to destroy the guardian tower and claim the crown immediately, but instead built barricades around the tower.

Ultimately, since the key to a Lineage Classic Siege War is who holds the castle at the moment it ends, they decided there was no need to fight for an hour, choosing instead to hold their ground around the tower and take the crown just before the end.

Their opponents, the Suho Alliance, did not stand idly by. As the siege entered its final stages, the battle intensified, and the interior of Windwood Castle was filled with the light of magic and potions. By the end, the area around the guardian tower was so packed with players that it was impossible to move, but the thick barricades held, and the Age Alliance successfully took control of Windwood Castle just before the end to complete their 3-castle unification.

The Christer server did not receive as much attention as others, but it provided a spectacle: 'Taesan Master,' who was level 49 in the last siege, reached level 50 and joined the fray, creating a 'Baphomet Master's Siege War.'

The Christer server is primarily contested by Taesan Master's Seop-Seop Alliance and the dissident Star Alliance, but the Star Alliance is significantly outnumbered. In this second siege, the Star Alliance repeatedly attempted to enter Windwood Castle through the east and south gates but failed to clear the defensive lines, leading to a disappointing result.

The Star Alliance tried alternating attacks between Kent and Windwood castles to turn the tide, but they were eventually pushed back to the outer flag line at Kent Castle.

Then, with little time left, the stage suddenly shifted to the Orc fortress. The castle lord of the Orc fortress changed to a clan called 'Choi-Gang-GM,' forcing both sides to scramble. Members from both sides swarmed the Orc fortress, and because defensive lines had not yet been properly established, a massive, chaotic brawl erupted around the guardian tower.

In the final moments, it was the Seop-Seop Alliance that managed to seize the crown. Immediately after the lord changed, the Seop-Seop Alliance rushed in, formed a barricade at the outer gate to prevent the enemy from re-entering, and successfully achieved 3-castle unification.
