NC announced on the 24th that it is rolling out the 'PHOENIX' update for its MMORPG, Lineage M.

Lineage M is introducing an Elf class reboot. New additions include 'Phoenix Arrow' for ranged combat, 'Phoenix Blade' for melee, and enhanced elemental skills such as 'Phoenix' and 'Cyclone,' which summons a storm to devastate an area. The existing 'Triple Arrow' has been changed to a passive skill, and 'Blood to Soul' has been improved to allow for automatic use.

On July 8, the new 'Hidden Barrier Forest' region and the new 'Sanctuary of Flame' dungeon will open. Lineage M players can enter the Hidden Barrier Forest using the Nerupa NPC, a Barrier Forest Pass, and Hardin's Teleport. NPC Guardians will appear at random locations in the region, and players can find hidden portals to move to the new Sanctuary of Flame dungeon. A Doppelganger Raid will also take place in the Sanctuary of Flame.

The 'Void Temple' will be renewed on July 29. When the boss monster 'Void Girutas' appears, the area will change from a Normal Zone to a Combat Zone, rather than a War Zone as it was previously. Players can defeat Void Temple NPCs to activate artifacts and teleport near Girutas. Exclusive objects, such as the Statue of Dimension and Void Soul, have been added to enable more strategic gameplay.

This update significantly improves user convenience. Shop equipment, previously available for purchase with Adena only on Limited servers, will now be available on Legacy Worlds as well. A 'Content Status Board' has been added to help players track their daily and weekly content progress, and a feature to increase the visibility of hostile clans has also been implemented.

To celebrate the update, NC is gifting seven types of 'TJ Coupons.' From 9:00 PM on June 22 until the regular maintenance on July 8, players can purchase a 'TJ Coupon Gift Chest' in the in-game shop using Adena. Opening the chest grants coupons for Common Gear restoration and Skill fusion. By simply logging into the game, players can also receive various coupons through attendance rewards, including Special Rune Restoration (Week 1), Special Shop Equipment Restoration (Week 2), Special Magic Doll Fusion (Week 3), Special Transformation Fusion (Week 4), and Special Relic Fusion (Week 5).
