Nexon Computer Museum to Run Cafe MapleStory Pop-Up Store at Jeju International Airport

Nexon (Co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook) announced that the Nexon Computer Museum (Director Park Doo-san) will operate a ‘Cafe MapleStory’ pop-up store at Jeju International Airport.

The ‘Cafe MapleStory’ pop-up store will run from Monday, December 22 through Sunday, March 1, 2026, on the first floor of Jeju International Airport. It has been prepared so that tourists visiting Jeju Island during the museum’s closure period can enjoy a broad selection of ‘Cafe MapleStory’ goods without any restrictions related to museum admission.

At this pop-up store, new artwork will be unveiled featuring MapleStory monsters traveling around Jeju Island, based on the same “Pink Bean’s Spot” concept currently used for ‘Cafe MapleStory’ at the Nexon Computer Museum. A photo zone set against this artwork will be installed, and 24 types of limited-edition goods will also be prepared to commemorate the pop-up’s opening. The overall space will be built using eco-friendly paper materials certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).

A variety of hands-on events will be held on-site at the pop-up store. First, participants who find MapleStory AR monsters at Jeju International Airport via the Nexon Play app will receive a pop-up-exclusive random sticker. In addition, visitors to the pop-up store will receive one free gift per person—such as a hot pack or a reusable bag—depending on their purchase amount. Starting Thursday, January 1, 2026, a stamp-tour event will also be offered: after receiving a stamp at the pop-up store, visitors who stop by the ‘Cafe MapleStory’ located in the museum’s basement will be able to receive an F&B menu discount coupon.

More details on the ‘Cafe MapleStory’ pop-up store and its events can be found via the official Nexon Computer Museum website and its social media channels.

Meanwhile, the Nexon Computer Museum will begin a temporary closure on Thursday, January 1, 2026, for an exhibition content overhaul and space renewal. Until Wednesday, December 31 (prior to the closure), visitors can enter by purchasing tickets on-site without advance reservations, and the museum is regularly closed every Monday. During the pop-up period as well, the ‘Cafe MapleStory’ in the museum’s basement will continue normal operations.
