Pearl Abyss has unveiled the 10 winning entries from its global Crimson Desert video contest. The selected videos showcase players from around the world enjoying the game in their own unique ways, and winners will be invited to visit the company's headquarters.

On the 6th, Pearl Abyss announced the winners of 'Beyond the Abyss: Community Challenge,' a global gameplay video contest for Crimson Desert.

Entries were evaluated based on a comprehensive review of gameplay, storytelling, and video editing. A total of 10 works were selected, consisting of six long-form and four short-form videos. The list of winners includes players from France, Spain, the United States, China, and South Korea, demonstrating the contest's global reach and engagement.

'Beyond the Abyss' is a community event that has been running since June, inviting players from across the globe to share their personal experiences in Crimson Desert through video.

The winning entries feature a diverse range of gameplay that highlights individual player creativity, from scenes of battling enemies without using weapons to traversing the vast open world of 'Pywel' on various mounts. The creative playstyles and unique storytelling, which show players enjoying the world of Crimson Desert in their own ways rather than following a set path, were particularly noteworthy.

Winners will receive round-trip airfare and accommodations to visit the Pearl Abyss headquarters, 'Home One,' and will also be presented with commemorative Crimson Desert coins and special merchandise.

Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure game set on the vast, seamless open world continent of 'Pywel,' following the journey of the protagonist 'Kliff' and his 'Greymane' comrades.
