In Game 4, BLG attempted to seal the series by deploying joker picks like Jungle Kindred and Support Skarner. 'On's' Skarner created a highlight by using crowd control to counter a bottom-lane dive by 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok's Trundle, and later caught 'Delight' Yoo Hwan-joong's Seraphine during a top-lane roaming skirmish. However, with 'Bin's' K'Sante absent, they overextended in an attempt to take down 'Zeus' Choi Woo-je's Swain, only to concede kills in return.

Unlike previous games, Hanwha Life Esports maintained early initiative and refused to be pushed around. When BLG committed multiple players to the bottom lane to target the isolated Swain, Hanwha immediately converged on the top lane to take down K'Sante. They successfully secured additional points through aggressive dives, and during a Dragon teamfight, 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo's Twisted Fate initiated with a bold Flash-Gold Card combo to secure the win. BLG managed to catch a breath by sacrificing their Skarner to collect the shutdown gold on Trundle.

Around the 18-minute mark, the third Dragon spawned. BLG attempted a defensive play, seemingly turning the tide when they reflected Seraphine's ultimate skill with 'Viper' Park Do-hyeon's Smolder W, but Swain dove into the heart of the enemy formation, completely shattering their positioning and leading Hanwha to a massive teamfight victory. BLG briefly halted Hanwha's momentum by scoring an ace in a top-lane skirmish, fueled by the performances of 'Knight's' Taliyah and Smolder.

However, a fatal mistake while baiting a fight around Baron led to a crushing defeat. Taliyah's ultimate skill ended up isolating their own Skarner, who was quickly taken down, followed by a perfectly executed chain of skills from Hanwha Life Esports that resulted in a clean ace. With a gold lead of over 8,000, Hanwha Life Esports closed out the game by securing another ace, anchored by the overwhelming presence of a well-fed Swain.
