VCT Pacific Stage 1 launches ticket sales for April 3rd opener

Tickets for VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) Pacific Stage 1 went on sale on March 20th ahead of the competition’s April 3rd start at Seoul’s SOOP Sangam Colosseum. According to the announcement, the first regular season split of the 2026 VCT Pacific campaign will run for seven weeks, ending on May 17th. The event follows Masters Santiago, where Nongshim RedForce claimed the title, and will determine the three teams that qualify for Masters London, the year’s second international tournament.

Stage 1 will feature 12 teams split into two groups of six, with each group playing a single round robin in best-of-three matches. The top four teams from each group will then advance to the playoffs. Alpha Group includes DRX, Gen.G, Nongshim RedForce, Global Esports, Paper Rex and Team Secret. Omega Group features T1, DetonatioN FocusMe, Full Sense, Rex Regum Qeon, BOOM Esports and ZETA DIVISION.

The group stage is scheduled to take place every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Opening day on April 3rd will feature Gen.G against Global Esports, followed by T1 against BOOM Esports. According to the release, the playoff stage will use a double-elimination bracket. The top seeds from each group will begin in the upper bracket’s second round, while the fourth-placed teams will start in the lower bracket. The lower final and grand final will both be played as best-of-five series, with all other playoff matches remaining best-of-three.

The final week of Stage 1 will take place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Riot Games said ticketing details for the lower final and grand final will be announced separately at a later date. Tickets for in-person attendance became available from 12 PM on March 20th through NOL Ticket, with international fans able to purchase through NOL World. Alongside the matches, fans attending at SOOP Sangam Colosseum will also be able to visit an on-site VCT Pacific space on the venue’s 11th floor.

According to the release, the area will include appearances from VALORANT characters ‘Strategist Bear’ and ‘Support Bot’, along with merchandise from the official Riot Games Store. VCT Pacific Stage 1 will be broadcast on SOOP, Chzzk and YouTube, with the full schedule and tournament updates available through VALORANT Esports’ official channels.

What is at stake in VCT Pacific Stage 1?

Stage 1 is the first full regular season split in VCT Pacific this year, making it a key checkpoint in Riot Games’ international VALORANT ecosystem. The top three teams from the playoffs will progress to Masters London, one of the circuit’s flagship global events.

That raises the stakes for a Pacific field that includes established contenders such as DRX, Gen.G and T1, alongside Masters Santiago winner Nongshim RedForce, which enters the split with added momentum after its international victory.
