kt Rolster picked up back-to-back sweeps to secure its spot in Round 4 of the 2025 LCK MSI representative selection, extending its strong regular-season form into the postseason. The squad opened its campaign with a tiebreaker win over Dplus Kia before delivering a 3–0 sweep of Nongshim RedForce on June 8, and now sets its sights on T1 at Busan’s Sajik Gymnasium on June 14.

After finishing Rounds 1 and 2 of the regular season with a 10–8 record and a +2 map differential, kt Rolster faced Dplus Kia in a fifth-place decider on June 4. The team recovered from an opening loss to claim the tiebreaker, earning entry into the Legend Group. Riding that momentum, kt Rolster met Dplus Kia again on June 7 in Round 1 of the MSI selection. Mid-laner Gwak "Bdd" Bo-seong spearheaded the comeback from the bottom lane in Game 1, then combined with jungler Mun "Cuzz" U-chan and support Jeong "Peter" Yoon-su to close out consecutive games and seal a 3–0 victory.

True to its reputation for elevating play as the weather warms, kt Rolster followed up with another 3–0 sweep against Nongshim RedForce on June 8. Bdd’s use of Weaver’s Wall in Game 1 established an early numbers advantage, and the team ran away with a 27–6 kill lead. In Game 2, duo lane Seo "deokdam" Dae-gil and Peter executed a near-flawless Senna–Tahm Kench combination, surrendering just two kills. Game 3 saw Rakan support Peter disrupt the enemy back line, allowing Dudam’s Xayah to clean up and finish with a 34–11 scoreline.

Having eliminated the league’s sixth- and fourth-place finishers, kt Rolster now prepares for a showdown with third-place T1 on Saturday, June 14, at Busan’s Sajik Gymnasium. The winner will advance to the June 15 contest for Korea’s second seed to the Mid-Season Invitational in Vancouver. The LCK selection runs June 13–15, with regular-season leaders Gen.G and Hanwha Life Esports opening the event. All matches are best-of-five under a Fearless Draft format.
