Netmarble has rolled out a sweeping update for King Arthur: Legends Rise, the squad-based RPG developed by its North American studio Kabam. The patch introduces a new hero, fresh competitive modes and a suite of anniversary events aimed at both new recruits and veteran commanders.
The update adds Hesitant Wings Hild to the hero roster. Commanded by the god of vengeance Vidar, Hild specializes in wearing down heavily armored foes, applying damage-over-time effects tied to targets’ maximum health and resistance debuffs. Her toolkit makes her a strategic pick in both the Arena and Clan Wars.
A new Event Arena pits top performers from the existing leaderboard against each other for a chance to claim the title of “King Arthur’s Legendary 200.” Competitors can deploy season-specific buffs, enhanced heroes and upgrade boosts to carve out higher rankings. End-of-season prizes scale with placement, rewarding the most tactical players.
Season 2 of the Hall of Conquerors debuts with three boss encounters, featuring the fiery Blazing Gorgos and the relentless Ciaran. Participants earn Hero Memory Rudiments and other prizes based on their cumulative scores and final standings. The update also unlocks an Equipment Engraving System, allowing gear to carry additional attributes that bolster hero performance.
To commemorate six months since launch, a sequence of timed events grants points for dungeon clears and other missions, exchangeable for items such as the 0.5 Anniversary Frame, Special Summon Tickets and Memory Rudiment Chests. A parallel exchange event offers high-value rewards, including Legendary Master Memory Stones and enhanced Summon Tickets.
An Attendance Event welcomes both newcomers and returning players with daily log-in bonuses, including a Legendary Hero Summon Ticket and Special Summon Tickets. A June-only attendance variant adds a 6-Star Equipment Selection Chest to the roster of rewards. King Arthur: Legends Rise transports players across a darkly reimagined medieval Britain, assembling teams of heroes to challenge ancient gods and fearsome villains. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the cross-platform title delivers turn-based combat and high-fidelity visuals on PC and mobile.
