MVP's Top Laner ADD Has Been Diagnosed With Pneumothorax; Bot Laner MaHa Starts as Top Against Kingzone

On July 22nd (KST), MVP’s bottom laner Oh “MaHa” Hyun-sik has started as a top laner instead of Kang “ADD” Geon-mo for the 2018 LCK Summer split match 1.

It is told that MVP decided to use MaHa for their top against Kingzone DragonX because of ADD’s health issues; yesterday on the 21st (KST), ADD was diagnosed with pneumothorax.

With their top laner recovering after his surgery this morning, MaHa has performed against Khan on game 1 using Malphite. Although he managed to sustain in early lane phase, he seemed to lack positioning in teamfights.

It is not sure whether MaHa will be performing as top for the team’s future schedules but it seems that this is a crucial point for MVP since currently there are no substitute top in the team’s active roster.
