Faker shares his thoughts on Rift Rivals.

On the 2nd of July, before heading to Dalian, Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok spoke about his thoughts on Rift Rivals: “It’s reasonable for fans to demand good performance and results.” SKT T1 finished 4th in the Spring Split and is currently at 7th in the Summer Split. “What we are required to do is to meet the fans’ standards.”

“There are players that I’ve played with or players I’ve played against from a long time ago, but I’ll be making my plays without being too conscious of the other players.” Said Faker calmly, “There’s no pressure when it comes to playing against any team.”

When asked how the results will be, Faker was stern. “We don’t have time to worry about the Chinese teams being strong. We should be aware of them rather than worry about them.” He continued, saying that “Since there are many things that our team lacks, we should be thinking of maintaining good performance. The results will follow.”
