On the 14th of July, Cloud9 announced their new Korean Fortnite roster.

Through the official Cloud9 website, the new Korean roster was revealed to be JunHyeong 'Trona' Choi, TaeJun 'Noah' Choi, SungMin 'GANji' Kim, and Sunho 'Duty' Moon. The team's General Manager was also announced to be Danan 'Danan' Flander. 

C9 explains their reasoning in picking their roster and the team's direction. "Among their numerous accolades, Duty was the #1 Korean player in the Fortnite Solo Showdown and the #10 player in the world, and the team recently won both maps of the ROX Gaming Showmatch at the ROXnROLL Esports Festival. We’re certain their winning ways will continue on in 2018!"

Following this, Jack Etienne, Cloud9 Founder & CEO, expressed his mindset on C9's new Korean Fortnite roster: “I’m thrilled that we keep pulling in this level of talent for Fortnite and I know Trona, Noah, GANJi, and Duty are all going to make waves right away and make us proud.”
