Q. It’s your first win of the season. How do you feel?

We prepared a lot because we weren’t able to win in the opening match. I was nervous during the match today as well; it’s a relief that we won.

Q. Why do you think you lost to KSV?

We played as we prepared, but we made many mistakes as a team.

Q. Did you try to play more steadily because of the last match?

In the last match, I was overly confident and allowed a solo kill. So I decided to play slow and steady in today’s match.

Q. It seems like the team has better atmosphere now that Khan is back. How is it?

Rascal and Khan has very different styles. Khan plays very aggressively when he has the lead, but Rascal tries to help other lanes whenever possible.

Q. You played with two different junglers today. Is there a difference between them?

During practice, I’m the one to lead Cuzz, but Peanut does most things on his own. It felt comfortable playing with Cuzz, and I’m happy that I can lead him to do things. With Peanut, he has a lot of experience so I can play in a wider area.

Q. In game 1, Peanut seemed to follow around the opponent jungler.

Our champions were holding the lead in the lanes so we thought that we’ll be able to win if Peanut finds the opponent jungler.

Q. The next match is against SKT T1. What do you think will be the most important?

I think we can win. Actually, if we had beat KSV in the opening match, we would have gained momentum, but we weren’t able to, and that’s regretful. To defeat SKT T1, it’s important to take control of the mid lane. Along with the control, if we stir up the other lanes, we can win.

Q. It is said that the current meta isn’t good to KZ. What do you think?

I think that we are capable of adapting to any meta.

Q. There aren’t many champions in the mid lane. Is it still interesting?

I think mid lane is more interesting than other positions. In my opinion, the jungler has a really narrow selection.

Q. You used to prefer Azir, but recently you’re playing Ryze more. Is there a reason?

Ryze is aggressive and can affect the other lanes, so I began playing him more.

Q. Lastly, a word to the fans?

It was very regretful because we lost the first match of the season. I wasn’t able to ease myself even after we won game 1. We’ll do our best to win the next match as well.
