SOOP is hosting a seven-day Drops event from November 5 to 11 to celebrate the launch of World of Warcraft: Forever.
Titled "The Sound of SOOP Echoing Across Azeroth," the event targets viewers watching SOOP broadcasts of the game. Prizes consist of 10 Collector's Editions containing game merchandise and snack gift cards for a total of 70 winners.
The "Forever Collector Achievement" event, which enters participants into the raffle for the Collector's Editions, takes inspiration from completing in-game achievements. Viewers receive one raffle ticket for every hour of stream watched, up to a maximum of eight tickets. The more tickets a viewer holds, the higher their chances of winning. Winners will be drawn after the event concludes and notified individually via SOOP direct message at 5:00 PM on November 13.
The "Mage, Water and Bread Please!" event, which awards snack prizes, runs daily during the event period from 10:00 PM to midnight. Ten viewers watching streams during this timeframe will be drawn each day to receive gift cards for a cranberry chicken brown sandwich and an iced Americano. The event title incorporates "water and bread," a phrase used in-game when asking Mages for food and drink.
World of Warcraft: Forever is a new title launching from Blizzard Entertainment on November 5. Set against the backdrop of the original World of Warcraft continents, it allows players to experience new stories and content. Through this event, SOOP aims to enable users to enjoy watching streamers while playing the game and enter prize draws based on their watch time.
