GAME DAYS 2026, hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), will take place for two days from November 9 to 10 at the SKY31 Convention on the 31st floor of Lotte World Tower. The event will share AI use cases and the future direction of the gaming industry through the AI Transformation (AX) in Game Development Showcase and the Serious Game Forum.
Presentations by outstanding companies in AI adoption will take place at the 2026 AI Transformation (AX) in Game Development Showcase on November 10. The event will be held at the SKY31 Convention Auditorium, starting at 10:00 a.m. The morning session, the AX Summit, will cover game development cases using AI and changes in the industry environment. In the afternoon, companies discovered by the Korea Mobile Game Association, the Korea Game Developers Association, and the Korea AI Game Association will present the results of their AI adoption.
The 2026 Serious Game Forum will be held on the same day at 1:00 p.m. in Conference Room B. The theme is "The Intersection of AI NPCs and Indie Games, and the Expansion of Serious Games." After presenting AI NPC development processes and digital healthcare game creation cases, experts will discuss development, validation, and expansion directions for serious games.
GAME DAYS 2026 was organized as a platform to share major achievements and knowledge within the Korean game industry. In addition to the AX Showcase and the Serious Game Forum, the event will feature the Console Game Developers Conference, the Excellent Game of the Year Awards, and the GIGDC Awards. An exhibition and hands-on experience zone where visitors can check out major games will also run throughout the event.
An official from the Korea AI Game Association said, "Through this event, we hope to see how AI is being utilized in actual game development and explore new possibilities for growth across the gaming industry, including serious games."
