The Legend of Mir 2, a PC online game operated by Wemade's subsidiary ChuanQi IP, is running the '2026 World of Illusion' event for five weeks from October 28 to December 2. The event operates the 'Illusion Server,' a growth-specialized boost server, from which 70% of earned EXP can be transferred to main server characters after the server closes.
The 'Illusion Server' offers 3.5 times the EXP and 3 times the item drop rate compared to the main server. The EXP required to level up has been reduced to one-seventh. Players begin with a Level 45 character and play with martial arts skills requiring Level 45 or lower already learned up to Level 3 by default.
Support tailored to growth milestones has also been provided. Upon logging in for the first time, players receive high-performance class-specific gear through the 'Illusion Gift Box,' and upon reaching Level 50, they can use the 'Illusion Treasure Map' to select and learn one popular class martial art skill. From Level 55 onward, in-game currency required for growth is provided each time a character levels up.
Using the initial gear provided, players can tackle instance dungeons right from the start. The monster level in the 'Illusion Training Ground' has been increased from the previous 79 to 99, and the hero draw system has been revamped to guarantee the highest grade, 'Ultimate Hero.'
Rewards based on rankings and growth achievements are also provided. The top-ranked player by level on the server will receive a 'Heavenly Dragon-grade Weapon (Luck +5)' and '1 Million Bonus Hwan.' Separately, rewards have been prepared according to class rankings, weapon enhancement stages, and achieved levels.
After the event ends, an EXP and drop rate boost buff will be applied across all servers for one week. An additional plus buff will be applied to the server that produces the top-level player.
A representative from The Legend of Mir 2 stated, “We plan to carry the momentum of the Seungryong Server—which caused a sensation in August with an 11-fold surge in new players—into this Illusion Server.” They added, “We will provide an organic gameplay experience by supporting instance dungeon clearing that was restricted on the Seungryong Server, and helping players grow main server gear obtained on the Seungryong Server using level achievement reward materials obtained on the Illusion Server.”
