Kakao Games announced on October 28 that it has released the October update for Odin: Valhalla Rising. The update improves 'Guild Contest,' adds Pet Equipment and Workshop systems, and features a Halloween event.
The Halloween Season 7-Day Check-in Event runs from October 28 to December 2. Players can earn rewards including the limited Halloween avatar ticket 'Halloween Masquerade Appearance Ticket' and 66 'Divine Summon Tickets.' In addition, the 'Guild Coin Support Mission Event' running from October 28 to November 11 rewards 3,000 'Guild Coins' for completing missions such as guild check-ins, donations, and participating in 'Domain Defense' and 'Co-op Subjugation.'
In this update for Odin: Valhalla Rising, developed by Lionheart Studio, the player limit for 'Guild Contest' has been removed. Matching scores are now calculated based on the total combat power of all participating guild members. Battlefield additions include a safe-zone 'Fast Travel Point' and an 'Overlay Minimap' to view the overall situation at a glance, with 'Tokens of Combat' awarded based on contribution.
The newly introduced Pet Equipment and Workshop system utilizes materials gathered from Pet Exploration. Players can craft, enhance, and combine pet-exclusive weapons, armor, and accessories at the Crafting Station and Refinement Station. Workshop levels increase based on the grade and quantity of pets owned.
The 'Pet Workshop Support Mission Event,' which features workshop-related missions, is also open from October 28 to November 11. Players can complete missions related to pet equipment and the workshop system to receive rewards needed to utilize the content, such as 'Skuld's Exploration Hourglass' and 'Divine Pet Summon Tickets'.
For existing server players, 'Roskva's Void Ruins Special Hot Time' takes place from October 28 to October 30. During this period, gold and experience points gained, as well as item drop chances, will be increased.
