FLUXJIN launched PC Cafe Simulator in Steam Early Access at 11:00 AM on the 28th. It is a management simulation game about running a PC cafe on a Korean commercial street, playable solo or online with up to eight players.
The game is available for Windows PC and supports 13 languages, including Korean. The Early Access period is expected to last roughly six months to a year, subject to change depending on development progress and user feedback.
Players handle everything from cooking food and manning the cash register to expanding the shop and hiring employees. Ramen is cooked on a gas stove, while hamburgers and pizzas are heated in a microwave before being served to customers. When checking out, players must inspect the money handed over by customers and calculate the change themselves, with any overpaid change resulting in a financial loss for the store.
Different types of customers require different responses. Players will encounter customers who vandalize equipment or walk off with monitors, customers who run away without paying, and drunkards causing a scene. If players chase down a fleeing customer with a broom and catch them, they can collect the payment on the spot. If a day passes without paying operating expenses, gangsters will turn up the next day to seize PC towers or monitors.
Store profits can be used to upgrade desks, chairs, PCs, and peripherals to higher tiers or to expand the floor space. Hired staff can be assigned to cash register duty, cleaning, serving, and cooking. In online co-op, players can divide up duties such as managing the kitchen and cash register while communicating via voice chat.
Inside the store, players can play songs from the internet on the counter PC to listen to together, and after business hours, they can enjoy fireworks or slot machines. Players can choose from various characters to use emotes like waving and clapping or to dance, with dancing even serving as a way to solicit passing pedestrians into becoming customers.
During Early Access, FLUXJIN plans to gather feedback on user-reported issues, game balance, and content ideas, while adding new content and ensuring system stability. Bug reports and feedback are accepted via the Steam discussion board and the in-game bug report feature.
FLUXJIN is a solo game developer that previously released horror games While Sleeping, Hide Alone, and Deadstep on Steam. Planning for PC Cafe Simulator began in 2024, with full-scale development underway since February 2026.
