Acer is hosting the Predator League 2027 Korea Qualifiers from November 15 to 22. Representative teams will be selected across two titles, VALORANT and League of Legends, with a winner's prize of 10 million won per title.
This qualifier serves as the official qualifier to determine the Korean representative teams for the Predator League 2027 Grand Finals. While last year's event was held exclusively for VALORANT, it has expanded this year to include League of Legends. Last year's qualifier winner was KOREA CREATOR, led by gaming influencer Kim Doenmo.
The online qualifiers will take place on November 15. The offline finals will be held at the Sangam SOOP Colosseum in Seoul, featuring the League of Legends finals on November 21 followed by the VALORANT finals on November 22. Winning teams in each title will receive prize money, a trophy, a spot in the Grand Finals, and covered flights and accommodations to Vietnam.
Registration closes at 11:59 PM on November 9. Amateur teams consisting of players aged 18 or older are eligible to participate, with each team required to have at least two South Korean nationals. Players registered on official professional league rosters are excluded. Details on the tournament schedule and application process can be found on the official Predator Korea Instagram.
The Grand Finals will take place from January 4 to 11, 2027, at the Phu Tho Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Teams representing the Asia-Pacific region will compete, with a total prize pool of $120,000 (USD) up for grabs in each of the two titles, VALORANT and League of Legends.
During the offline finals from November 21 to 22, a Predator gaming product experience zone will be set up on the 1st floor of the SOOP Colosseum. On-site visitors will be able to test out displayed products and evaluate their performance and features.
An Acer official stated, "The Predator League is a global esports tournament where gamers from across the Asia-Pacific region can compete and connect. By adding League of Legends alongside VALORANT this year, we are giving even more gamers the opportunity to take on the challenge. Moving forward, we will continue to communicate with Korean gamers through diverse esports initiatives and expand the Predator gaming experience."
