SEGA Publishing Korea (CEO Go Saito) officially released the all-new action RPG Stupid Never Dies on PlayStation 5 and PC Steam on October 22, 2026.
The new title is an action RPG developed by GPTRACK50 Inc., a new studio founded by developers from the Devil May Cry and Dragon's Dogma series. Built around an underdog premise where the weakest zombie rapidly grows stronger, the game highlights "Blazing Fast Growth" as its core appeal.
To revive the heroine, Julia, who was found frozen in a freezer, zombie protagonist Davy fights through treacherous otherworldly dungeons using the "Body Hack" system—which attaches equipment to his body—and the "Style Eat" system, which lets him bite enemies to absorb their abilities and transform.
Along with the launch, a live-action launch trailer titled "Julia Never Dies," featuring the heroine's backstory, was unveiled on YouTube. The video depicts how Julia—a cheerleader skilled in rifle shooting—ended up trapped in a shopping mall ice cream shop freezer, leading into the action of the main game.
In addition, the original soundtrack, Stupid Never Dies ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK, is being released sequentially on global music streaming platforms starting October 22, 2026. The album consists of pop-punk style tracks that complement the game's world and exhilarating action, featuring a massive tracklist of 80 songs in total, including 2 theme songs. The music can be streamed on major global platforms such as Amazon Music, Apple Music, and Spotify.
Currently, the "First Bite Demo"—offering approximately two hours of early-game content—is available on PlayStation Store and Steam. Players can transfer their save data played in the demo directly to the full release version to continue their adventure.
