The world's most anticipated title, 'GTA 6,' has received an 'Adults Only' rating in South Korea.

According to Inven's reporting on October 16, the Game Content Rating Board (GCRB) decided on an Adults Only rating for GTA 6. As a result, GTA 6 can now be officially distributed for adult users in South Korea.
Rating review for PC and console Adults Only games was transferred from the Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) to the GCRB on November 1, 2025. This decision marks the review result for the most high-profile title since the responsibilities were handed over to the private sector.
GTA 6 is known to contain strong violence, sexual content, and drug depictions. Attention was drawn to the outcome due to mixed domestic precedents. Its predecessor, 'GTA 5,' was released in 2013 after receiving an Adults Only rating, but 'Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony' was denied rating classification in 2017 due to anti-social depictions.
GTA 6 will launch globally on November 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
