SNK's flagship fighting game 'Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves' (hereinafter Fatal Fury: CotW) has teased a collaboration with 'Tekken 8'.
On October 8, SNK released a 38-second teaser trailer on its official YouTube channel. Set to the background music of Tekken 8's 'Colosseum' stage, the video sequentially shows Rock Howard on guard and Nightmare Geese watching over him. Someone dashes past Rock Howard in a flash, but Rock fails to notice.
At the end of the video, a silhouette appears of a figure leisurely disappearing down an alley. Citing details such as the collaboration with Tekken 8, the short hair, and the relaxed exit, many players commented that it strongly brings 'Reina' to mind. Specific details about the collaboration will be revealed sequentially at a later date.
Meanwhile, Fatal Fury: CotW recently added Kim Kaphwan as a Season 3 DLC character. Tekken 8 plans to reveal a gameplay trailer for Season 3 DLC character 'Roger Jr.' at EVO France on October 11.
