NCSOFT's Lineage W released an update on Wednesday, October 7. This week's update includes the addition of two new World Dungeons, the launch of Special Alchemy Season 1, and news of a Warlords collaboration.
Two new World Dungeons, 'Chaos Ant Cave' and 'Chaos Gludio', have been added. They can be accessed for up to 7 hours per week by characters of level 85 or higher. The entry fee is 100,000 Adena, and players can obtain Heroic Crafting Recipes, Golden Ant Eggs, Queen Colony Helmet/Dagger, and more. Accordingly, new Monster Codex entries have also been added.
A new alchemy system, 'Special Alchemy', has been added. It can be performed using three or more unbound Heroic-grade equipment items as materials, and by consuming the registered gear, players have a chance to obtain one item. Special Alchemy Season 1 will run until regular maintenance on Wednesday, November 4.
The Warlords collaboration has also kicked off. In Week 1, players can encounter the Sun Shangxiang and Peerless Lu Bu Transformation Skins, as well as the Dilu Magic Doll. Until Wednesday, October 21, the event dungeon 'Warlords - Tower of Trials' is also available. Characters of level 50 or higher can access it up to 3 times daily, and 'Seals of Hegemony' obtained in the dungeon can be exchanged for various items.
