Logitech officially launched its flagship wireless gaming headset, the A50 X Red, in South Korea on the 6th. It supports simultaneous connections to Xbox, PS5, and PC, along with up to 24 hours of battery life.
The A50 X Red is a red variant of the A50 X, the flagship model in the ASTRO A50 series. By applying the new color across both the headset and the base station, it provides gamers with more options to suit their gaming environment alongside the existing black and white models.
Using PLAYSYNC technology, users can simultaneously connect Xbox, PS5, and PC to the base station. The system switches via a button on the headset, catering to multi-platform environments.
The graphene PRO-G 40mm audio drivers deliver clear and precise game audio. It features 24-bit/48kHz LIGHTSPEED wireless technology, while the microphone supports 16-bit/48kHz bandwidth.
The wireless Dual-device Mixing feature allows users to connect a console via LIGHTSPEED and a smartphone via Bluetooth to listen to audio from both devices simultaneously. Battery life lasts up to 24 hours, and the headset can be charged by docking it on the base station. Users can adjust 10-band EQ and microphone settings in Logitech G HUB.
Jung-Hoon Cho, Country Manager of Logitech Korea, said, “The A50 X is Logitech G's flagship headset that delivers a premium gaming experience based on exceptional audio performance and multi-platform connectivity,” adding, “We hope gamers can complete a gaming setup that reflects their unique personality alongside powerful performance through the newly introduced Red color.”
