NC has released the prologue animation PV for the subculture RPG 'Astrae Oratio.'
This video is a prologue PV that captures the opening story of the game in animated form. It depicts an incident shaking Tokyo at night, centering on a mage and a civil servant at its core. 'Astrae Oratio' is set in a fictional Tokyo where mages exist, following the story of the 'Special District Office'—the agency responsible for overseeing their administration—and the protagonist, a 'Shunin' assigned there.
The animation was produced by studio Stellation. Sosei Sakaguchi served as director, storyboard artist, and episode director, while mmmkawaine participated as animation director. kuroPK served as art director and background artist.
The theme song featured in the video is 'Starless.' Lyrics were written by Safari Natsukawa (sixth floor), composition and arrangement were handled by Hitoshi Harukawa, and vocals were provided by R!N(Gemie).
'Astrae Oratio' is developed by Dynamis One and globally published by NC. Meanwhile, NC has been recruiting participants for the closed beta test (CBT) of 'Astrae Oratio' since August 19, with applications accepted on the official game website until noon on September 21.
