At TGS 2026, Nexon welcomed visitors with two titles boasting distinctly different atmospheres: 'Pareidolia', a new title currently under development by Nexon Games' IO Division, and 'Mabinogi Mobile', a fresh reinterpretation of Nexon's flagship IP. Both titles drew the eyes of showgoers with booth setups that brought in-game spaces to life alongside hands-on demo stations allowing visitors to experience the games firsthand.
In particular, 'Pareidolia', which unveiled its first-ever playable demo build at this TGS, enjoyed intense popularity. The space, designed to look as if it had brought 'Tasogare Hall'—the main setting of the game—straight into reality, was packed with local media and global game industry officials right from the opening of Business Day, drawing long waiting lines for the demo. Visitors could get an early look at the game's key features, including characters that bring cute 2D illustration sensibilities into 3D, as well as calling out Mates' names directly to interact with them.
At the neighboring 'Mabinogi Mobile' booth, visitors were offered a hands-on opportunity to play the game ahead of its Japanese service launch on October 7. Designed to capture the atmosphere of Erinn with iconic elements of 'Mabinogi' such as the Statue of the Goddess and campfire, the booth allowed showgoers to experience field exploration and combat. Here is a look in photos at Nexon's booth, welcoming TGS visitors with two distinct charms.
