On September 18, Bose launched two new open-ear earbuds in Korea: the Bose Sport Open Earbuds and the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds (2nd Gen).
Both products feature Bose's OpenAudio technology, designed to let users listen to music while remaining aware of ambient sounds without blocking the ears. Through SpeechClarity, an AI-based voice isolation technology, they support clear call quality even in noisy environments. They also offer Bluetooth 5.4 and multipoint connectivity, while allowing users to configure features like EQ and Auto Volume in the Bose app.
The Sport Open Earbuds are designed for active environments such as running and fitness. They feature a soft silicone clip-style design, IP54 dust and water resistance, Auto Volume, and physical buttons. They deliver up to 7 hours of use on a single charge and support wireless charging.
The Ultra Open Earbuds (2nd Gen) build on the cuff-style design of their predecessor while delivering improved audio, call quality, and battery performance. Equipped with a newly designed driver and a Cinema Mode optimized for video content and podcasts, they provide up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge and also support wireless charging.
