Nexture announced on September 17 that it has updated its cafe management simulation game 'I Love Coffee' with new content, including the new 'Watercolor Story' theme, alongside quality-of-life improvements.
'Watercolor Story' is an interior design theme that captures tranquil countryside scenery and cozy art studio vibes in soft watercolor aesthetics. The update adds a new beverage, 'Ice Pop Ade,' and a food menu item, 'Jelly Gyeongdan,' while players can craft 'Summer Fruit Hwachae' and 'Summer Flower Monaka' using the theme-exclusive machine.
A jukebox interior item has also been introduced, allowing players to place it in their cafe to enjoy newly added background music.
Quality-of-life improvements have also been implemented. A skip feature was introduced to the minigame in the Coffee Truck content, and changes were made to allow players to check which friends provided help during play. A feature to save the search position for interior items has also been added.
A Nexture representative stated, "Through the new 'Watercolor Story' theme and various menu items, we added new joy to decorating cafes, while also preparing convenience features to reduce the play burden on users." They added, "We hope players enjoy the fun of managing a cafe, made even more convenient and rich through the newly added content and improved systems."
'I Love Coffee' also plans to hold seasonal events in celebration of October's national holidays. Rewards will be given for logging in on National Foundation Day on October 3 and Hangul Day on October 9, with additional rewards granted upon completing seasonal quests.
