Smilegate announced on September 16 that it has added new growth content and a world boss to "LORDNINE," the all-class MMORPG developed by NX3GAMES, alongside an overhaul of weapon and class balance.
The new growth system, "Avatar Awakening," targets avatars of Heroic grade or higher. Players can accumulate points using avatars of the same grade or identical avatars as materials, and once 3 points are filled, they can awaken an avatar without spending additional currency. Upon awakening, stats, collection effects, and bond effects are increased, and an exclusive special appearance is applied to certain grades.
Weapon Mastery and Ability balances have also been adjusted. While adjusting the performance of certain Weapon Masteries, the update buffed numerous Weapon Masteries, physical-type classes, and related Abilities.
A new world boss, "Void Neva," was also added. Players can defeat the boss to obtain Mythic-grade weapons and armor, High-grade Dragon Dice, saddles, and more. Detailed information such as field spawn schedules will be announced later through an official notice.
The Chuseok event dungeon "Moonlight Garden" will run until October 7. Players can use "Fresh Fruit Piles" acquired in the dungeon to craft "Bountiful Fresh Fruit Baskets" and exchange them for mount awakening materials, while "Rabbit Songpyeon" can be exchanged for various summon tickets.
The "Moonlit Chuseok Special Check-in Event" runs until October 21. Participants can obtain Gold Pouch Boxes and Avatar Summon Tickets up to 165 times in total, and on Days 7, 14, and 21, they will additionally receive a "Magic Avatar Summon Ticket," which offers a chance to acquire avatars ranging from Rare to Heroic grade.
The "Moonlit Chuseok Push Event" will take place from September 23 to 30. Players can log in daily to receive various summon tickets up to 352 times in total, and on the 25th, an "Amethyst Avatar Summon Ticket," which guarantees a Heroic-grade avatar, will be distributed.
A KakaoTalk Friend Addition Coupon Event will be held from September 25 to 27. It provides Amethyst Avatar Summon Tickets, Heroic-grade mount awakening materials, Gold, and more. Additionally, a new Chuseok-themed Avatar skin, "White Rabbit Hang-ah," has been added.
