Gamepia announced that in cooperation with CAPCOM ASIA, pre-orders for the physical edition of the open-world action-adventure game 'Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen' will begin on the 17th. Supported platforms are PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam), with support for Korean subtitles.
'Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen' is an expansion title that adds a new story, exploration content, and quality-of-life improvements to the base game 'Dragon's Dogma 2'.
In the new setting of the northern territory 'Norgan', players can experience the regional story content 'Domain of Ruin', which unravels secrets tied to an immortal dragon. Spoils obtained in Norgan can be appraised and converted into new weapons, skills, and more. Challenge content 'Forgotten Trials', consisting of a total of 12 dungeons, along with customization elements such as new hairstyles and tattoos, will also be added.
Players can form a party of up to four by combining one AI-driven Main Pawn with two Support Pawns borrowed from other players. The game offers vocation-specific combat action, battles against monsters, and interactions with the environment and local residents.
The official domestic release date is October 9, and the game is rated 18+.
