On September 11, The Pokémon Company revealed new information regarding Part 2 of the paid downloadable content 'Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass' for the Nintendo Switch 2-exclusive title 'Pokémon Pokopia.'
Part 2 of the 'Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass' is scheduled for release in winter 2026. It will add accessories that can be equipped on the protagonist, Ditto, and various Pokémon, allowing players to create diverse styles by combining items such as sunglasses and bowties.
Accessories styled after specific Pokémon will also appear, with Sylveon's ribbon included in the revealed examples. Additionally, new Pokémon—including Doduo, Skitty, and Braixen—along with new furniture to decorate the town, are set to be added.
The Expansion Pass comes as a set comprising Parts 1 through 3. Currently available Part 1, 'Bubbly Basin,' adds Pokémon, furniture, and more set against an underwater town backdrop. Part 3, slated for release in 2027, will include a new town, Pokémon, and furniture, with detailed information to be disclosed at a later date.
Purchasers of the Expansion Pass will be provided with a serial code to redeem 'All-Ditto Pattern' wallpaper, a block recipe, and 30 'Rare PokéMetals.'
'Pokémon Pokopia' is a game in which a Ditto transformed into a human learns Pokémon moves in a desolate town, crafts tools and furniture using materials, and decorates the village. It was co-planned and developed by GAME FREAK Inc. and KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD. in collaboration with The Pokémon Company.
