In the world of Astrae Oratio, a vigilante group exists in Bunkyo Ward. Bunkyo Ward is located in the center of Tokyo's special wards in Japan, and is currently considered an educational hub as well as one of the safest areas with low crime rates. Reflecting this backdrop, the Bunkyo Ward clan features the vigilante group 'Rose of Bunkyo'. Currently, three members have been revealed.
The leader, Takarabe Chikage, takes immense pride in her academic background, having entered the University of Tokyo through blood, sweat, and tears during her school days. As a mage, she utilizes Phase Magic leveraging her background in STEM, maintaining peace in the underbelly of Bunkyo Ward with her exceptional skills.
Another member, Hanamori Moa, is a character themed after a phantom thief. For some reason, she claims to be a 'phantom thief' and pursues the romance of being one. By day, however, she is a diligent student studying at a prestigious women's college of education.
The third member revealed is Haibara Nono. In addition to being a member of the vigilantes, she works as an associate nurse at a care hospital. Due to her demanding job, Haibara constantly suffers from chronic fatigue and stress, which perhaps explains why she occasionally lets slip a somewhat dangerous-looking smile.
