Netmarble announced on September 9 that it has released a major September update for the MMORPG 'RF Online Next', featuring 'Core World II: World Creator'.
'Core World' is a server-versus-server battle held every Monday at 9:00 PM, where players compete in a cross-server PvP environment. 'Core World II' introduces the new boss 'World Creator', offering rewards such as blueprint pieces for the new Launcher 'Lorelei' as well as overall and server-wide 1st-place rewards.
Dungeon content has also been expanded. 'Abyssal Grand Guardian' appears on 'Shared Mining Site Floor 6', accessible from level 93, while 'Tyrant Grand Guardian' appears on 'Exclusive Mining Site Floor 4', accessible from level 90. Defeating each boss allows players to acquire Tier 6 Hero boss-exclusive equipment.
The difficulty levels for Guild Raids and Conquests have been expanded up to Hell Stage 3, and the party dungeon 'Battlefield of Memory' up to Hell Stage 2. New Biosuit costumes 'Celestial Radiance' and 'Wasteland Wanderer', Rover costumes 'Acorn' and 'Singara', and the new Launcher 'Lorelei' will also be added sequentially throughout September.
To commemorate the update, Netmarble is hosting a 'Summer Finale' check-in event and a 'Rover Workshop Acquisition Support' event. Participation rewards include Biosuit Resynthesis Tickets and Singara Part Boxes, respectively. Detailed schedules can be found on the official 'RF Online Next' forum.
'RF Online Next' is a PC and mobile MMORPG based on the IP of 'RF Online', which originally launched in 2004. It officially launched on March 20, 2025.
