NCSOFT's MMORPG 'Lineage M' unveiled its massive update 'THE GOLDEN AGE' on the 9th, sequentially rolling out new content including new servers and a class reboot.
NCSOFT opened new servers 'Giran' and 'Heine' in the Reboot World at 8 p.m. on the 9th. The two servers will operate as an independent ecosystem distinct from the Legacy World, and are scheduled to form a Master Group within the Reboot World in the future.
Players on the new servers can use 'Deporoju's Growth Pass,' which offers rewards for each stage of progression, and 'Loengrin's Special Training,' which applies an EXP bonus of up to 1,000%. The update also introduces 'Operation: Retake Dragon Valley,' a single-player special growth dungeon where players defeat consecutive waves of monsters to summon bosses and earn tiered rewards.
For the 'Dragon Knight' (Tusa) class, new skills 'Halphas' and 'Chainsword Mastery (Impact)' have been added. Existing skills such as 'Asura', 'Aurakia', 'Breath Stun', and 'Phantom Chain' have also been revamped. A Class Change enabling players to switch to the Dragon Knight class will run from 6:00 p.m. on the 9th to 2:00 a.m. on the 23rd.
Content revamps will continue. On the 23rd, NCSOFT will revamp 'Nightmare Island' and 'Blood Pledge Raids,' and on October 7, will add Zone 4 of the 'Albino Dungeon,' featuring powerful monsters. On October 21, new battlefields 'Undersea Temple' and 'Dragon's Plateau' will be added to the seasonal dungeon 'Arena.'
A new Unique-grade Magic Doll, 'Halphas,' has also been added. This Magic Doll blocks opponent HP and MP information and can use enhanced 'Ultimate Detection' and 'Ultimate Revenge.'
In addition, quality-of-life features have been improved, including target selection, Elixir usability, and the server transfer and character deletion systems. Attendance check, season pass, and coin exchange events are underway to celebrate the update, with a total of seven types of 'TJ's Coupons' provided.
