Korea Boardgames will hold the '2026 Board Game Outing,' a free board game festival, from September 12 to 13 at the Heyri Art Village Community Center area in Paju.
Organized in conjunction with the Heyri Pan Festival, the event will run from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days. Anyone can enter for free without advance registration to enjoy board games and hands-on programs.
At the venue, Gigamic's new Q-series title 'Qomet' and Reiner Knizia's new card game 'Master Makatsu' will be unveiled in South Korea for the first time. A 'Knizia Special Exhibition' showcasing major works by Reiner Knizia will also be held.
Visitors can experience 'Welcome Meow' by designer Kim Seo-jin—the winning entry of the 2026 Children's Board Game Designer Contest—along with 'Yogi', 'HITSTER K-POP', and 'Noisy Running'. Experience zones for 'GraviTrax', a 3D marble run system, and 'Speed Cube' will also be operating.
