Gamepia (CEO Jong-heon Jeong), in collaboration with Maxsoft, announced that pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 physical editions of the new adventure game Afterlove EP, developed by Pikselnesia, will begin on August 27, 2026. Presented by the developers behind Coffee Talk and What Comes After, this new title blends elements of visual novels, story adventure, and rhythm games, set against the backdrop of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.
Players unfold the story from the perspective of Rama, a young musician who gave up on music and his daily life due to the trauma of losing his late girlfriend, Cinta. One day, hearing Cinta's voice inside his head, Rama traverses various parts of Jakarta over 28 days leading up to a crucial performance to prepare new songs. The game features an illustration style by famous Indonesian comic artist Soyatu and an original soundtrack by local indie band L'alphalpha, along with replayability features where choices branch into different paths and endings.

Pre-orders will run from August 27, 2026, to September 9, 2026, across various online retailers, including the online store Sofrano. Customers who purchase the physical edition will receive four limited bonus items: a special sleeve, an 8cm CD, a digital artbook, and a soundtrack download code.
The official release date in Korea is confirmed for September 10, 2026, with a game rating of 15+. Subtitles support a total of 11 languages, including Korean. Detailed pre-order and game information can be found on the official website and Gamepia's official social media channels.
