Samsung Electronics announced on August 25 that it will showcase an integrated gaming ecosystem spanning PC, console, and mobile at Gamescom, which opens on August 26 at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.

Samsung Electronics is exhibiting a full package of gaming devices, including gaming monitors, TVs, mobile devices, SSDs, and headsets, across a 1,090-square-meter (approx. 330 pyeong) booth space. Under the PlaySamsung slogan, the exhibition space is composed of four zones: the Odyssey Zone, Galaxy Zone, Gaming Hub Zone, and T1 Zone.

In the Odyssey Zone, Samsung will showcase the Odyssey G8 6K gaming monitor, the Odyssey OLED G8 4K OLED monitor with up to a 240Hz refresh rate, and the glasses-free 3D monitor Odyssey 3D. Visitors can play Activision's 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4' and Pearl Abyss' 'Crimson Desert' on Odyssey monitors.

Through the Odyssey 3D, visitors can experience 'Cyberpunk 2077' and 'Cronos: The New Dawn'. HDR10+ Gaming technology has been applied to these games. In addition, the high-performance SSD 9100 PRO and JBL Quantum 950 headset are also displayed alongside them.

The Galaxy Zone features the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, alongside the Galaxy Buds4 Pro and new ultra-fast portable SSDs featuring a next-generation interface.

Samsung Electronics has newly applied AI-based Neural Frame Fusion technology to the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold8. This technology generates pixels and frames in real time using AI to increase power efficiency. On site, visitors can run games such as 'Genshin Impact', 'Asphalt Legends', and 'Honor of Kings'.

In the Gaming Hub Zone, Samsung provides its cloud gaming service Samsung Gaming Hub through the OLED TV S95H, Galaxy S26 Ultra, and JBL Quantum 650.

In the T1 Zone, created with a Korean PC bang concept, visitors can experience the gaming environment of esports team T1. When visitors select roster members, including T1 player Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok, they can experience real-time 3D stereoscopic video of being together with them through Spatial Signage, a glasses-free 3D display. From August 27 to 28, the World Finals of the 'PlayGalaxy Cup' based on 'PUBG Mobile' will be held on the booth stage.

On August 27, Samsung Electronics will host an unveiling event for its 2027 Odyssey gaming monitor full lineup and a launch event for its new portable SSD products. Linked promotions will take place on Samsung.com across 22 major regional subsidiaries, including South Korea. In South Korea, from August 24 to September 6, Samsung will provide discount coupons of up to 10 percent for monitors and offer a complimentary 3-month Xbox Game Pass pass with purchases made through the AI Subscription Club.
