Two new One Piece anime feature films were announced during One Piece Day 2026. The revealed titles are 'One Piece Film: God Valley' and 'One Piece Film: BAAD'.
One Piece Film: God Valley is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters in the summer of 2027, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the original manga's serialization. The announcement video offered a look at Gol D. Roger, Monkey D. Garp, and Rocks D. Xebec.
The second feature film, One Piece Film: BAAD, will be released in 2029 to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the anime adaptation's broadcast. The title image featured in the video was drawn directly by original manga author Eiichiro Oda. However, details on what plot One Piece Film: BAAD will cover have not yet been disclosed.


Meanwhile, additional cast members were revealed for Season 3 of Netflix's live-action One Piece series, titled The Battle of Alabasta. Emilio Sakraya will play Koza, Omid Abtahi will portray Toto, Jamie Ward has been cast as Pell, and Nabeel Khan will play Chaka. Previously announced cast members for Season 3 include Xolo Maridueña as Portgas D. Ace, Cole Escola as Bon Clay, Daisy Head as Miss Doublefinger, and Awdo Awdo as Mr. 1.
Season 3 of the live-action drama will continue the story following Season 2. To protect Vivi's homeland of Alabasta, the Straw Hat Pirates clash with Crocodile, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and his organization, Baroque Works. Filming for Season 3 has already wrapped, and it is set to premiere in 2027.
