This 'Overwatch Day' is the first major offline event organized for domestic players to celebrate the launch of the PC version of 'Overwatch' on the Nexon platform, which begins on the 12nd. The event will feature a variety of programs from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days at BEXCO, and visitors aged 15 and older can enter for free on-site.
The event will feature a developer talk session where attendees can interact directly with Walter Kong, General Manager and Senior Vice President of Live Games/Mobile at Blizzard; Ben Bell, Executive Producer and Senior Vice President of 'Overwatch'; and Aaron Keller, 'Overwatch' Game Director.
The event will also include a variety of programs, such as creator special matches, a live drawing show with the Blizzard Korea 'Overwatch' art team, a cosplay contest, and fan meetings with character voice actors and the South Korean 'Overwatch World Cup' (OWWC) national team. Additionally, seven on-site experience zones themed around carrying out missions as a member of the MEKA squad will be available, with participants receiving various merchandise, including 'Overwatch' hero dioramas and desk mats.
To celebrate 'Overwatch Day,' Nexon is holding a first-come, first-served event through its official website until August 21.
