Global indie game publisher Devolver Digital has released 'Poinpy,' a mobile platformer by Downwell developer Ojiro Fumoto, completely free of charge on all iOS and Android platforms. Previously available exclusively through Netflix Games, the title can now be downloaded by anyone directly from the App Store and Google Play.

'Poinpy' is a colorful climbing game where you endlessly ascend a cave, collecting fruit and making juice to feed a hungry monster. Players must bounce their way up randomly generated levels to escape the ravenous beast chasing them from below, collecting the required fruit before slamming down to turn it into juice.

With intuitive one-handed controls, the game is easy to pick up for short sessions, though it takes dozens of hours to truly master. Notably, the game is now free for everyone to enjoy; however, the developer noted that players who enjoy the experience can choose to send a tip to Ojiro Fumoto within the game.
