Sol:Enchantment held its first live broadcast on Friday, June 19, at 17:00. During the stream, Business Division Head Kim Jang-hwan, PD Kim Hyo-soo, and Planning Lead Yang Jin-hyung addressed various issues that have emerged since the game's launch.
Regarding the 90% Google payment coupon event, they apologized, stating, "We intended to reduce the burden on players, but failed to consider the negative impact the coupons would have." They added that they would proceed with caution in the future and would announce follow-up measures after consulting with their partners.
The five other issues most frequently raised by users were also addressed. To tackle the shortage of Nine and lack of content, the team announced plans to increase drop rates in early-game hunting grounds and boost PvE EXP. Additionally, they are reviewing plans to lower monster defense, increase boss spawn rates, and halve the EXP required for Essence of Life.
The livestream coupon will be provided via a separate announcement after the broadcast concludes.
