JOYCITY announced on the 5th that its upcoming soccer game, Freestyle Football 2, currently under development by its subsidiary URE, will participate in Steam Next Fest, a global showcase for new PC games on the Steam platform.

Steam Next Fest is a global online event where users can experience demos of upcoming titles on Steam. The event will run from June 16 to June 23 (KST).

Timed to coincide with the global soccer festival season, the demo version will be available for play starting June 10, ahead of the official Steam Next Fest event. Any Steam user can download and enjoy Freestyle Football 2 for free without a separate application process.

Freestyle Football 2 has previously conducted two rounds of Closed Beta Tests (CBT) across consoles, including Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, as well as Steam and Xbox PC platforms. The second PC-exclusive test, in particular, saw a massive influx of global users, necessitating the addition of extra servers to meet the high demand.
