It has been confirmed that 'Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced,' a remake of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, is set to be unveiled.

At 1:00 AM KST on the 21st, the official Assassin's Creed X account teased the reveal of Resynced with the phrase, "Gaming's Worst Kept Secret."

Ubisoft likely chose this promotional phrasing because the remake's development had already been leaked to the public through developer LinkedIn profiles and other sources prior to any official artwork release. With the project effectively an open secret, the main point of interest had shifted to when it would finally be announced.

Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced is scheduled to make its debut during a showcase on April 24 at 1:00 AM KST.
