Capcom has officially announced via social media that its action-adventure game 'Pragmata' has gone gold (reached 'Gold Master' status).

'Going gold' means that game development is effectively complete and the final build has been approved for disc production and distribution. From this point on, the focus shifts from content development to launch preparations, and the game is typically released within a few weeks of going gold.
Pragmata is a sci-fi action-adventure game that blends puzzle and action elements, marking a brand-new IP from Capcom. The story begins when the protagonist, Hugh Williams, is separated from his team and severely injured during a lunar earthquake; he is then rescued by Diana, a mysterious android girl, and begins his escape from the lunar base.
The core combat mechanism involves Diana hacking enemy robots to neutralize them, creating openings for Hugh to attack. A unique feature of the game is that players must actively control hacking mini-games while combat unfolds in real time.

Capcom announced on its official X account that "Pragmata has been approved for gold status," expressing gratitude to fans for their ongoing support. The company added, "The entire development team is looking forward to the day we can deliver this game to our players."
Pragmata is scheduled for release on April 17, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam).
