The 3.5th Anniversary Special Broadcast for Goddess of Victory: Nikke was held via the official YouTube channel. The broadcast revealed various details, including popularity poll results, 3.5th-anniversary update content, and upcoming events.

First, the popularity poll results were announced. 5th place went to Snow White: Innocent Days, 4th to Arcana: Fortune Mate, 3rd to Little Mermaid (Seiren), 2nd to Liberalio, and 1st to Cinderella. The top 5 Nikkes will receive exclusive profile frames. Additionally, the 1st-place winner will receive a special costume and exclusive story content.

#. Electric Burst I Supporter, Over-Spec 'Anis: Sparkling Summer'

Two Nikkes will be released simultaneously for the 3.5th anniversary. Both belong to the main Counters squad and are being released in Over-Spec versions. The first is 'Anis: Sparkling Summer,' with her pickup starting on Thursday, April 23.

Anis is a Tetra Line Over-Spec Nikke, an Electric-code Burst I Defender using a Rocket Launcher (RL). Depending on the squad composition, she enhances her own and her allies' survivability and summons an object that automatically attacks nearby enemies when her Burst skill is activated.

#. Burst III Electric Dealer, Over-Spec 'Neon: Vision Eye'

'Neon: Vision Eye' is the Over-Spec version of the Counters squad member Neon. She is a Burst III Attacker using a Rocket Launcher (RL) with the Electric code.

Neon utilizes a special resource called the 'Firepower Gauge,' which she charges to enhance herself. When using her Burst skill, she boosts her own attack capabilities, suggesting a focus on self-buffing rather than team synergy.

#. SSR Nikke 'Avista' to be Distributed with Full Limit Break

The 3.5th-anniversary free Nikke is 'Avista.' Rather than being obtained through a pickup, players can acquire up to 4 copies through attendance checks and events, allowing for a full limit break. She is a Burst I Supporter using a Machine Gun (MG) with the Electric code.

Avista is introduced as a support Nikke who enhances her own idol. Given her story connection to Anis, synergy between the two is expected.

The 3.5th-anniversary story event covers the past of 'T.T STAR,' the idol group Anis belongs to. It will detail how Anis joins T.T STAR with Hansen's help and struggles to become a star of the Ark, carrying on Pretty's will. The development team recommends playing this after clearing main story chapters 45 and 46.

The 3.5th-anniversary story event takes place on an exclusive 3D field, and a rhythm-game-style minigame, 'TRACING THE STARS,' will also be added. This minigame is not a one-time event, and plans are in place to add various songs in the future. Additionally, a 'Goods Bag System' will be added, allowing players to decorate their bags with collectibles found in the field.

The 3.5th-anniversary update adds chapters 45 and 46. The new chapters begin at the 'Orbital Elevator,' the greatest structure ever built by humanity. This story follows the events of the previous main story and the 3rd-anniversary story event. Given the shocking developments in the past, more surprising twists are expected.

A new Rapture, 'Egovista,' will also be added alongside the main story update.

The 3.5th-anniversary update includes a variety of events. A notable one is the purchase event 'STAR TRAIL.' By purchasing specific content during the event period, players can earn 'Star Trajectories' and accumulate them for rewards, including limited profile frames, titles, and stickers. Notably, the 'End of the Trajectory' reward allows players to choose and obtain one of the following: Dorothy, Crown, or Mihara: Bonding Chain.

Other improvements and updates include increased rewards for Interception (guaranteed 100% drop rate for top-tier manufacturer gear), the distribution of skill reset items, and an increase in the maximum floor level for the Tribe Tower.
