SOOP (co-CEOs Choi Young-woo and Lee Min-won) is hosting a 'Solo Rank Open Run' event for streamers to celebrate the launch of Riot Games' Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Set 17.

'Solo Rank Open Run' is a race-style event that challenges participants to climb the ranks as quickly as possible at the start of a new season. Because it requires rapid adaptation to the early-season meta and intense focus, the event offers viewers a chance to see both competitive rivalries between streamers and the emergence of dominant strategies.

The event will run for five days starting Wednesday, April 15, the launch date of the Set 17 'Into the Arcane' server. Applications are open from Wednesday, April 8, to Monday, April 13. Participants are divided into 'Rookie' and 'Infinity' tiers based on their skill level: streamers who have not reached Master tier in previous seasons join the Rookie tier, while those who have achieved Master tier or higher join the Infinity tier.

In the Infinity tier, the top three players with the highest scores during the event period will be selected as winners. In the Rookie tier, three winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis for reaching Master tier, and three additional winners will be chosen via a raffle.

Additional missions are also available, including the 'Cosmic Grinder Award' for the most games played, the 'Celestial Win Rate Award' for the highest win rate, and the 'Ironclad Top 4 Award' for the highest top-4 placement rate. There are also common mission rewards for one winner in each tier. Daily missions will be revealed at 6:00 PM via Lolchess.gg, where users can also track participants' ranks and progress in real time.

A Drops event for viewers will also be held. By watching TFT category broadcasts during the event, viewers can randomly earn the 'Gaming Pengu' emote and the 'Cosmic Groove Dango' Little Legend.

The 'Solo Rank Open Run' features a total prize pool of ₩20 million. Detailed information can be found on the official SOOP game event channel.
